Founded in 2024, Oaks LMS was born from a simple observation: organisations delivering apprenticeships — from independent training providers to FE colleges and universities — needed standards-native delivery aligned to apprenticeship standards. We compete in a market that includes established e-portfolio platforms; Oaks focuses on configurable gateway quality, cohort delivery intelligence, and modular published pricing including free enrolment licensing.
Oaks combines deep apprenticeship expertise with a configurable rule engine, cohort Learner RAG, Winston assessment integrity, and modular pricing with free enrolment. We're completing the funding spine (ILR export, evidence packs) for providers who want one system; today we're the quality engine that makes delivery audit-proof.
